Dill (Anethum graveolens) is a great companion plant for cannabis. It attracts beneficial insects like honeybees and hoverflies, ichneumon wasps and other beneficial wasps. Dill is an effective repellent for spider mites, aphids, cabbage looper and squash bugs while adding a subtle fragrance to the air that helps confuse the pungency of cannabis. Swallowtail butterfly caterpillars loves Dill and will rather go for the Dill than your cannabis plant. Dill is not an antagonist and can be planted with most other companion herbs.
