SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY:

We ship orders via The Courier Guy, so please supply a valid street address.

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • PostNet
  • Farms
  • Plots
  • Mines

Please check with The Courier Guy on locations of their parcel collection Kiosks.

Confirm your full delivery details are displayed when placing your order

For successful, hassle free delivery, we require all information supplied on your order to consist of a contact person, an active South African cellphone number, a street name and number (Complex name where applicable), a suburb, postal code and province.

If you have any questions or queries regarding your delivery address, have special delivery instructions or a change of any delivery details, please contact us immediately at sales@hydroshop.co.za to amend your order before it is shipped.

 

WHEN DOES MY PARCEL SHIP?

Once you have placed your order, we have a 48-hour processing time from date payment was received. Please note some of our listed products require special lead times due to shipping directly from suppliers and in such a case a "shipping time" will be stated on the product page for your reference. If your order is urgent, please contact us at sales@hydroshop.co.za BEFORE ordering. 

Please note: Our offices are closed over weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed over weekends and/or holidays your order will be processed next business day. 

 

HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES TAKE?

The Courier Guy takes a total of 2-3 days (after your processing time) to major and main centers across South Africa. 

Outlying and Regional areas can take 3-5 days, depending on your location (after your processing time).  

Please note: We are not held liable for any delays in the delivery times once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company.

 

HOW TO TRACK MY PARCEL?

Once your order was processed and handed over to The Courier Guy, you will be emailed your tracking number. Tracking numbers cannot be emailed before your order has been processed and collected. 

To be able to follow your order once shipped, please supply us with a valid email address and cell phone number. Incomplete and/or incorrect contact information will result in delays in shipping and delivery of your order.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES ON CERTAIN PRODUCTS?

Some products that are listed will have a different lead-time, compared to our standard processing and delivery time. This is due to some items being sourced from suppliers directly. You can view the lead times on the specific product page that you are interested in.

 

WHICH COURIERS DO WE USE?

We use The Courier Guy for national deliveries across South Africa. At this stage we are unable to offer sales to clients outside South Africa.
